Stage 1: seller order
If the seller has not shipped, sent the wrong variant, or the warehouse photos reveal a listing problem, open the current order page first. Eligibility can depend on the seller, item and the terms and actions shown for that order.
Stage 2: warehouse item
Record the order number, listing, selected variant and relevant QC photos. Use the action available in the current order page or Order Inquiry. Do not submit the item internationally while a return question is unresolved.
Stage 3: submitted or shipped parcel
A parcel cancellation, carrier return, loss or damage is different from a seller return. Keep parcel, tracking, packaging and delivery evidence, then check the current after-sales and insurance terms for that route.
Official policy is the deciding source
ACBuy exposes separate Returns and Refunds, After Sales Policy, and Insurance and Compensation topics. Use the current Help Center and your order or parcel page for live deadlines, fees and actions.
Community outcomes are not promises
Reddit threads contain conflicting expectations about seller returns, parcel refunds and reshipment. They can suggest questions to ask, but cannot tell you whether your request will be approved or when money will arrive.
