ACBuy is the agent, not the product seller
ACBuy describes itself as a shopping agent. You submit a product from a third-party marketplace, ACBuy buys it from that seller, and the seller sends it to an ACBuy-designated warehouse. ACBuy also states that agent-service products come from third-party shopping platforms rather than being sold directly by ACBuy.
There are two deliveries
First, the seller sends the item to the warehouse in China. After warehouse review, you choose which stored items to combine and pay for an international parcel to your address. The listed item price is therefore not the same as the final delivered cost.
What the warehouse does
The official guide groups receipt, inspection, weighing, photographs and storage into the warehouse stage. The photos help you decide what to do next, but they are not authentication or a guarantee that every issue was found.
