Seller sent is not stored
ACBuy’s official order sequence separates seller dispatch, delivery, being stored and stored. The warehouse still needs to receive and process the item after the seller ships it.
Stored is the decision point
Treat an item as ready for review only when your account shows it in the warehouse. Check the QC photos, product details and current storage deadline before deciding to return, hold or include it in a parcel.
Why photos and status can feel out of sync
Users have reported seeing QC photos before an item appears as fully stored. That can reflect separate warehouse steps; it does not prove that the item is parcel-ready. Use the current account status and ask support if it does not progress.
Do not memorize storage rules
Storage allowances, extensions, grace periods, fees and disposal rules can change. Record the deadline shown for each item in your account and contact official support before it expires if anything looks wrong.
